Images you're at Liberty to use

I have no idea why I did this one, but ... here's an updated Melora Pazlar, as she appears in the new novel series Star Trek: Titan.

If you need a guest star, snag her.

"Jimmy Connors is a POS."
"Yeah, but that's part of his charm."

Hope someone finds a use for it.

Thanks, that what I thought. However, if it your own creation you should give it a name as a variant or something.

See what I ment?

I mean - your work on it is really fantastic, but it still doesn't look like an orion slave girl (to me).

The first Orion Animal Woman (OAW) seen is Vina in TOS' "The Cage" (and "The Menagerie") but we may place no reliance on the authoritative nature of that portrayal, since it occurred in Pike's fantasies.

Marta appears in TOS' "Whom Gods Destroy" ... however, she is an inmate at a mental institution, so her qualities, both physical and emotional, cannot logically be considered typical.

Another Orion female is prominent in "The Time Trap," an episode of The Animated Series. While not canonical, it's interesting to note that she is friendly, thoughtful and thoroughly moral---very much like Liberty's own Vaerth Parihn.

An OAW is sold on the slave block in the Enterprise episode "Borderland." Doctor Soong comments on their seemingly instinctual ability to provide unmatched sexual gratification.

Only later that season, in "Bound," is anything definitive about their 'powers' established. They are pheromonal in nature, and have a cumulative debilitating effect on humans, making the males progressively more suggestible and willing to engage in atypically aggressive behavior if required to 'please' the OAW. Vulcans are immune to this effect ... as is, it would seem, any person in a bonded relationship with one. It is also revealed that women rather than men control Orion society via the use of their abilities; but when one takes into account the source of this information (an Orion male to whom lying is endemic), it can hardly be considered conclusive.

All this considered, I think it's fair to say that just about any portrayal of an Orion Animal Woman is reasonable, so long as the concept is consistent.

Thus, Gillian makes the cut. 8)

Okay, okay... I didn't mean it that serious... I just ment, that I - if I would be a director - would not choose Gillian Anderson playing an OAW. If I had the money to pay her, I could have better actresses - in my very personal opinion :)
