Reboot of an Old Game. New Site, New Adventures!

Star Trek: Megiddo is a play-by-forum simulation started over 20 years ago. It ended a long and successful life, but some of the players can't let go, and have decided to reboot the game on a new site in order to continue the adventure.

We're just getting off the ground, and are currently staffing 2 ships (one Federation and one Klingon), as well as a space station and a colony. Megiddo is located in the Gamma Quadrant, galactic South of the wormhole, and is meant to act as a hub for ships to explore still-uncharted space.

As of this posting, the only PC roles taken are the COs of the USS Resolute, the IKS Qor, and Megiddo Station. The colony is currently a blank slate, looking for settlers both affiliated and civilian to take over this brave new world.

As a heads-up, the first site-wide mission is going to involve battling the Yuuzhon Vong, the alien invaders from the Star Wars "New Jedi Order" series of books. If that idea offends you to your core, you should probably look elsewhere. If it's not your cup of tea but you still want in, we'll make it work. Either you can command your own ship and have duties that keep you from participating, or you're a civilian business on the station or colony just trying to make a living and are keeping out of the fight.
